For eight years Leslie Waters has represented her community in the Florida House of Representatives. In that time she has been a successful advocate for a multitude of issues important to our communities, state and nation. Her ability to always get the job done didn’t go unnoticed, rising to the position of Speaker Pro Tempore, the second in command in all the Florida House, before leaving due to term limits in 2006.
